The original paint has those characteristic tiny bubbles.
It’s not mirror-polished like a show car, but the bodywork has a certain “character” that really appeals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Not excessively repainted,
the patina befitting this model year might just be the “real evidence” of an authentic period piece.
Repainting to erase the wear is fine, but there’s something irresistibly cool about running with the history carved into it as-is (*\u00b4\u30fc\u00b4*) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fuel tank, if you look closely, has a small “bonk!” dent in it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phone photos and screen images can look deceptively clean depending on the light,
but we’re the type to lay it all bare and tell the truth (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rather than dazzle with photo tricks and disappoint when you see the real thing, we want to tell you upfront about every little dent and scratch as “the real history this bike has lived through” (*\u00b4\u30fc\u00b4*) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The oil catch tank is Yoshimura as well!
Rather than rigid mounting to the frame, it’s properly
“floating (rubber-mounted)” with collars and rubber bushings, which really shows the design chops of the factory. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The thick, powerful vibration of a liter oil-cooled engine can easily crack thin aluminum frame brackets through metal fatigue.
This humble but crucial detail is what lets it endure the “rumble-rumble” vibration for years to come (*\u00b4\u30fc\u00b4*) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can see… this is no ordinary Nissin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clearly different from mass-produced horizontal or typical radial masters\u2014machined body and an aura of works\/prototype.
The piston diameter and compatible repair parts are unknown without measuring the actual part, but… these mysterious details are exactly what rare and period-piece enthusiasts crave (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It radiates an aura that grabs the heart of the connoisseur who won’t settle for ordinary (*\u00b4\u30fc\u00b4*) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The front disc is… well, what is it exactly?
By the way, it’s a lightweight 4mm disc.
All the fasteners are titanium. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rear caliper is actually a Suzuki factory “magnesium caliper”!
Naturally, consumables and repair parts are completely unknown\u2014it’s a pure works release. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s had impregnation treatment to seal the porosity, but it’ll occasionally “suck air” from nowhere, which is very magnesium of it. It might be the coarse microstructure of the metal or the hygroscopic nature and micro-leak tendency of magnesium, but if you do a full fluid change once a year, you’re totally fine. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the mount and bridge fasteners are mostly titanium. It has that mad, awesome presence that only a true racing machine can wear\u2014not just an expensive part (*\u00b4\u30fc\u00b4*) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rear disc is Suzuki racing parts too.
It looks cool, but since it’s not for sale, using the rear brake feels like a waste… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are small scratches here and there, but they’re real battle scars. The sizes are probably the classic wide 3.50-17 front and 5.50-17 rear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The JWL marking is missing from the wheel rim (worn off), so it’s been properly handled with stickers for inspection compliance. And the slow puncture issue typical of these wheels\u2014air leakage from the spoke roots\u2014has already been treated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Racing and period wheels aren’t straightforward, but if you hit the right pressure points and take precautions, you can enjoy them safely on the street (*\u00b4\u30fc\u00b4*) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hub damper is the type that fits inside the sprocket.
With off-the-shelf sprockets, probably…
