Anyway, getting a new bike ready is always a hassle. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes it’s just faster to take everything apart.
Work goes smoothly on bikes I’ve serviced several times before,
but I always struggle with the latest new models.

I sometimes search online and check out personal blogs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The number of bolts is relatively few, but compared to an air-cooled carb, there are quite a lot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That pragmatic approach is so Suzuki.
The critical parts have anti-loss features, but the exterior doesn’t.
I actually like Suzuki’s philosophy of necessary and sufficient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I cleaned the inside of the air cleaner box and replaced the air cleaner.
It was a bit dirty. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m quietly collecting that mesh screen in front.
Don’t you have a feeling it might be useful for something later? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since I’m lubricating the pedals this time, I removed the broken part while I had it off.

Generally, unless the steps or pedals break, people don’t remove them, which means they don’t get lubricated.
If you’ve never removed them since buying the bike new, it feels great to take them off when the timing is right. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brake pedal mounting has become like Honda’s.
The workability is excellent too, and I’m happy to see efficiency improvements continuing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
