Definitely the number one tool I’m glad I bought this year.
Repeat cable tie nipper.
The price is surprisingly high, but for me it’s the best tool.
I always hated having excess repeat cable ties sticking out.

In short, if you have long cable ties, you can use them for anything.

I lubricated them and tried turning them a bit, but the upper one wouldn’t budge at all.

When the brake caliper seals are new, the feel is really good.
No matter how much you clean and wring out a worn caliper oil seal, it can’t beat a new one.

Ideally, I’d like to replace them every four years or so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inner walls of the brake caliper are also wet blasted and smooth (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*).
I dried it completely in the oven before reassembling.

When you overhaul the brake caliper,
bleeding is very smooth and the feel comes back quickly. Brakes are really the basics. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I wish I’d taken better photos.
The dent was quite pronounced and seemed shallow, so I thought it would come out.

When I tried it, I was able to pull it out more than I expected.
This time I only used the sliding hammer, but it has decent power, so
if the paint is weak, it might peel off.

Depending on the situation, the gate-type puller or lever-type tool that also comes with it might be easier to use.
I think this tool is convenient just for the sliding hammer alone.
If you make custom attachments, you could use it for removing oil seals and such\u2014it’s just the right size. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
