After comparing them, &#8220;40V MAX was overwhelmingly superior.&#8221; Makita Split Motor grass trimmer <\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I&#8217;ve written in past blog posts, <strong>split motor equals grass cutting. <\/strong><br>Basically, since it&#8217;s gardening equipment, <strong>having power and torque makes the work easier. <\/strong><br>And with 18V, <strong>you can&#8217;t cut vegetation that&#8217;s too thick, but with 40V you can. <\/strong><br><br>If you&#8217;re an 18V user with infrequent grass cutting or small areas, <strong>you can enjoy the 18V. <\/strong><br>On the flip side, <strong>if you have frequent use and large areas, 40V is definitely recommended. <\/strong><br>As the saying goes, bigger covers smaller, and <strong><span class=\"swl-fz u-fz-l\">the power and torque of 40V is incomparable to 18V. <\/span><\/strong><br>Personally, I think I should have bought 40V from the start. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">The center attachment is compatible with all 18V and 40V models.
