Plus, with this sandwiched wool-like shape, the cushioning seems pretty good.

In Suzuki’s case, aftermarket muffler flange thicknesses vary subtly.
Since they use bolts, each manufacturer sets their own specs freely.

When converting to studs like this, you need to measure the length and install accordingly. <\/span><\/strong>
I tried to think of it as a menu option, but it wasn’t that simple… <\/strong>

Benefits
With studs, muffler removal isn’t scary anymore *no broken bolts or stripped threads
Lock nuts can be used, reducing flange stress *tight enough to bend, loose enough to fall off

I’ve always thought bolts had almost no benefits, but…
finally I could tackle this now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I noticed the sidestand was pretty rusty.

It’s assembled in a closed umbrella state, so some wear is inevitable.
When you replace it with a new one, it becomes super responsive! The feel becomes linear… supposedly.

This is why brake and clutch overhauls become necessary over time and mileage<\/span><\/strong>~<\/p>\n\n\n\n
