find a manufacturer with this much friction.\uff0aThere&#8217;s even suspicion that it&#8217;s not actually a wheel seal to begin with<br>The collar wears down, so we adjust the collar contact area with a rubber stone.<br><strong>The collar doesn&#8217;t wear down and friction decreases = the rolling improves a bit with this method<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\"
