I compress using a Kowa fork spring compressor like this.
I’ve used tie-downs in the past, but it’s “quite tedious.” <\/span><\/strong>

Light compression is fine; then just heat the area around the oil seal with a heat gun. <\/span><\/strong>That’s it.
