To pull it out with hydraulics, I need a spacer. But there are limits to that too.
No matter how much I hit it, it won’t budge \u2192 I’ll do my best with hydraulics *Hydraulic stroke 12mm

BasicallyI make a spacer and can only pull out 12mm at a time<\/span><\/strong>.

But around 50-60mm, things changed completely.The hitting sound started working differently!<\/span><\/strong>

The worst case scenario when pulling out the needle roller is“only the outer shell remains”<\/span><\/strong>.
If that happens, I can only grind it away bit by bit with a rotary tool, which is super tedious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I did it by hand, it would take forever to remove the rust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The original is riveted, so the hose can’t be detached.
I used Suzuki genuine 61196-38G01 to improve workability.

With this, I don’t need to remove rivets every time I take off the swingarm.
