It’s a polishing compound for scale models.
A restoration expert taught me about <\/strong>this.
I think useful information like this should be <\/strong>shared well.

Because it’s a fine compound, you can use it on <\/strong>
sensitive areas <\/strong>that scratch easily.
On motorcycles,
it’s ideal for polycarbonate and acrylic screens. <\/strong>
If you own a bike with a screen, please try it at least once. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m lazy, so I use a machine to help. <\/strong>
For beginners, hand polishing is the safest bet. <\/strong>

With a machine, you tend to polish only the easy spots <\/strong>or press too hard on the edges, <\/strong>which thins out just that area, <\/strong>so be careful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Already polished (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*)

I bought this one on Yahoo Auctions again, but…
it arrived in a surprisingly small box, and I had “a bad feeling.” <\/strong>

I was somewhat prepared, but when I opened it,
it was pretty dull with fine scratches all over\u2014kind of sad. <\/strong>
I tried polishing it with my ceramic compound <\/strong>and thought, “Wait, that’s amazing!” <\/strong>

It’s basically worn, but anyone would look at it and think
“that’s pretty clean fairings.” <\/strong>
Of course, I’ve removed a layer, so the paint is weaker\u2014keep that in mind.

I like “original paint that’s a bit worn,” <\/strong>and I polish my bikes with the feeling that used ones still have plenty of life left.
It’s not something you’ll regret having <\/strong>so give it a try! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
