If the master ASSY is cheaper, we replace it, but this time it’s not, so we’ll do an overhaul.

The important thing is cleaning the return port.
Unless it’s severe, it won’t get clogged, but if you haven’t done an overhaul in 10 years, be careful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suzuki comes as an ASSY, so it’s very easy.
The cup is “stretching out” <\/strong>like you can see in the image.

Japanese manufacturers are truly impressive in how they don’t deteriorate extremely.
If left alone too long, “brake seizure” <\/strong>often occurs.
The return port gets clogged and pressure won’t release, the rod rusts and seizes\u2014it’s terrifying. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sometimes the wire gauge is too thin for the outer diameter.
To be sure, I cut about 10mm and split it in half to increase the amount.

Each manufacturer has “crimping tools” <\/strong>and “specified wires.” <\/strong>
We have to make do with what we have and general tools and ingenuity. There are techniques like this too.
The point is “to do it firmly, correctly, and safely” <\/strong>\u2014if the results come out right, that’s what matters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I solder 100% of the terminal connections
Terminals or connectors pulling out is a major problem.
Electricity is a basic infrastructure.
If this is questionable, troubleshooting becomes a maze, and we want electrical systems to be as close to 100% as possible.
