Was this the era when “center-up was fresh”? I suppose…
It became outdated in no time though.
It certainly does look clean. But the heat damage rate is pretty high… especially the poor rear suspension.

When I find something a bit unusual, I immediately check the market price on GOOBIKE… and what?? <\/a><\/strong>

Parts are quick to arrange, but…
they often take a while to arrive and there are shipping cost issues.
If I could get about 5,000 yen per person (before tax) each time, I wouldn’t even think about it.

I had trouble finding a 90-degree forge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time with a 90-degree forge and 90-degree banjo <\/strong>for the layout.
The brake hose layout is surprisingly scrutinized by people in the same industry… probably.

Each time I try to finish it with a fresh, new feel and keep it simple. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I use Yamaha bolts!
I calculate the banjo thickness plus two gaskets and the amount to be cut from the banjo bottom.
What? Just add more gaskets? Well, that’s one way to do it… maybe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I quickly ground it down… and was quietly satisfied with it, but… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oops! I completely forgot it was a hydraulic switch bolt.
Well, this kind of thing happens every time anyway, so it’s fine (\uff1b\u2200\uff1b) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time passes… and by the way, “the time spent thinking before ordering takes longer than actually making the hose.” <\/strong>
That’s because I don’t want to fail on an order. <\/strong>It’s the same for users.

I also want to avoid forcing something to work even if the order went wrong.

In the case of a rear brake hose, “mainly upward vertical stroke” <\/strong>and “chain adjustment allowance” <\/strong>need to be factored in, while
keeping in mind the possibility of removing the rear caliper <\/strong>to achieve a clean look.

Well, there’s actually a bit of unclear thinking packed in there… <\/p>\n\n\n\n
