Kawasaki from this era had a lot of nonsensical structures.
Including serviceability, there’s a lot of work involved.
When you remove the cover, it’s heavily rusted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The anti-nose fork branch is fixed to the fender +
and fixed on the back.
It’s getting in the way and seems unnecessary.
It’s a luxury for the era, I guess? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I quickly disassembled it.
I really like non-cartridge upright forks.

I cleaned up the rusty cover
and finished it nicely.

It’s best to clean the cylinder threads so they slide in smoothly.

The inner tube has no bending.
I polished the stroke area on the lathe
and corrected it.
This should reduce leaks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After cleaning and drying,
I’ll quickly assemble it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anti-nose dive fork
resembles the early oil-cooled GSXR750\/1100.
However,
at 38\u03c6, it’s a niche size.
It’s amazing that parts are still available. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time flows on…
It’s assembled and installation is complete.
Since it’s a pressurized fork,
you can change the feel.
*Be careful not to over-pressurize. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same as the original is still available today.
If you have a pressurized fork gauge,
it’s an incredibly useful item.
