if you make it so you can always get back to it,

Ground it securely as shown in the image,
then crank

and you can visually check all four at once!
It’s a
handy little tool to have.

The spark check came back OK, so
next we’ll use “external fuel” <\/strong>to start it.

The reason we use external fuel is to
eliminate fuel degradation and fuel petcock issues
as causes.
Keeping the diagnostic flow simple
makes it easier to get results, I think.

By the way, the GSX1400
has “#3 Phillips pan head with thread locker” <\/strong>
and it’s tight

I thought they weren’t that different, but

considering the mounting base size is common,
“the upward offset is large” <\/strong>
*The left one is offset upward.

The thing is,
“the carb top cover contacts the frame” <\/strong>and the carb won’t fit.

“Don’t buy the wrong one~” <\/strong>
If you’re going with TMR\/FCR it’s OK.
