are extremely simple and user-friendly
parts are large and easy to work with.

GS1000 heads differ between early and late models
GS\/E also have models with and without M6 boss on the head side
so having one is better.

It’s easy to tell by forced opening and vacuum carbs

0.5mm oversized piston
0.5mm deck height
Yoshimura ST-1
it was nice that parts were still available back then
