I was thinking maybe keeping it stock would be fine too?
That’s what I thought.
The original muffler really does have great performance
*though it’s heavy…
But still!

After all, not using the muffler I went to the trouble of buying
feels “awkward” <\/strong>
So I assembled this used parts mashup, and the paint job is finished
and it’s complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Lately I’ve been obsessed with
“Smooth Line” <\/strong>shop <\/a>
having them paint it.
I’m grateful for how clean it looks,
but the turnaround time is really excellent (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*)

Depending on the paint schedule,
I’m often surprised like “Already back?”

Of course it takes longer during busy times. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I peeled it off with thread, but it’s thin and wrinkled
I did some sheet metal work but there are limits

The Drag Cyclone is for Zephyr 750
Any model would have been fine,
but this used one in good condition was what I found <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The balance of this megaphone muffler that’s close to stock
is really excellent.

The shape allows for good aggressive angles.
I’ve also installed an A\/F sensor
so I can monitor the air-fuel ratio.

If I change the footpegs
I’ll have to redo it,
but the muffler is complete for now.
The monaka will be for later… that’s it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You should stock up on DUPLEX parts <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
