Previous grip heaters
were designed for versatility,
so they typically mounted on existing throttles.

This causes
“thick outer diameter” and “heat causes rotation”
problems.

On the flip side, they’re cheaper,
but for a hobby bike,
it’s worth weighing
usage frequency against future frustration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

since it generates heat, it feels “harder”
