First,
the “spurious emissions standard” and “security standard” <\/strong>
underwent changes in two regulations.

“Spurious emissions standard” <\/strong>
Change: Some models that received technical certification before 2007 <\/strong>
“spurious emissions standard” <\/strong> changes
violate the Radio Law, so “you can’t use them.” <\/strong>

Basically it becomes a Radio Law violation, but the ETC radio band hasn’t changed.
