    I bet a lot of people struggle with handlebar post mounting from both an angle and appearance perspective.
    But when you try to solve it with off-the-shelf parts, there are always limits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Motorcycle aftermarket parts become more interesting when you look at
    “what’s attached plus how it’s attached.” <\/span><\/strong>Depending on the item,
    there’s a huge difference between something held with zip ties, double-sided tape, or velcro versus a properly fabricated bracket with removability in mind.


    The key is mounting that won’t interfere with future work or cause problems.

    Spot welding is like using a stapler\u2014you can fix things with minimal effort.

    Without shearing, it might be a bit tough, but it’s incredibly convenient.
    By the way, TIG welders have spot functions, but “they can’t apply pressure,” <\/strong>so the contact quality is totally different. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Plus you can join different thicknesses, so it’s super convenient. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
