I remember now…

I was trying to make the cam sprocket with elongated holes, but the end mill broke and I left it halfway done…
And then I just never posted anything about it and it got left like this. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now for the front cam chain guide.
Of course, it’s discontinued… But it’s in better condition than I expected…

It’s not too hard and there are no cracks\u2014it’s in great shape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought I’d replace the rocker arms, so I took them off.
Hmm… they’re in good condition…

I debated whether to replace them or not, and decided to “reuse” them.
That way it’s more economical.
The intake side is also in good condition, so I’m reusing it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I also discovered a new technique and the work got a bit faster (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I always keep about 10 oil cooler gaskets in stock.
But the stock box always has “none left”

I found some in a customer’s order parts, so I was saved~

Replacing the cams now. I ran out of bolt stock, so I had to carefully prepare bolts for 3 units.
With so many bolts, it’s tedious work. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I air-blew the air filter just to be safe.
But it was clean! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I replaced the O-ring on the K-Factory clutch release.
There’s a brake hose from that problematic era attached.

Those fittings with the questionable paint finish.
The threads are painted too, and leftover paint flakes get stuck inside\u2014you know, that issue.

If the return port gets clogged, that would be bad~ ( \uff1b\u2200\uff1b)
