Lately for these iron\/stainless steel parts, I’ve been using “cathodic electrocoat painting” <\/strong>.

I’ve cut away the unnecessary seat rail brackets, so

Generally when I’m making things or thinking about design,
“What would I do if it were my own bike?” <\/strong>

This approach seems surprisingly reliable.
The rear uses a seat opener and is firmly seated on the bracket with a damper.

The front side of the tail cowl is fixed solid with 2 M6 bolts. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rear layout is from previous work.
You can easily disassemble it with just one hex wrench.

As much as possible, “bolt and nut” <\/strong> configurations should be avoided for better results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s a wire on the lower left when you straddle the bike, so pull that to release the rear. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I handled the previously used holes with genuine Suzuki parts.
Are they still being supplied???
