Today’s musings (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*)<\/strong>

From my experience, when you talk to someone with truly high skill, mysteriously

Why is that…
Because they’ve already moved far beyond the point of harboring such trivial doubts, reaching a realm we can’t possibly catch up to.
People“reveal their true nature through the pauses and vagueness in their speech”<\/strong>
Probably not a misunderstanding\u2014I can actually read it…hehe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So today with this kind of weather, we had a delivery and pickup, so I was driving.
In between, I fabricated the clutch hose and master tank bracket for the Super T\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Custom work:<\/strong> Brembo 16RCS Radial Clutch Master Cylinder swap<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tying up loose ends from last time:<\/strong> Following the recent “Brembo RCS brake master” installation, we’re now radializing the clutch side on the left as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation goal:<\/strong> Optimize the clutch pull effort on this 1200cc big twin, dramatically reducing left-hand grip fatigue during long-distance touring and stop-and-go riding. Build premium control feel by transmitting the half-clutch engagement point linearly to your palm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work highlights:<\/strong> Wiring the handguard and OEM clutch switch (cruise control integration) with proper clearance. Horizontal reservoir mounting via custom bracket and complete air purging for crisp, sharp engagement!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Crimping is all the rage these days, but I have no plans to invest in a crimper.
I’m not doing custom work anymore, and I’ll rarely be swapping masters and making hoses.
So I fabricated it the old-fashioned way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fabricated it pretty normally with a 20-degree banjo.
The layout isn’t tight, so that helps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Making a master tank bracket<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I have to lay out all the parts.
It’s a bit tedious to have interference or clearance issues after finishing, so I’d rather not redo it.

I’m the type who wants to avoid rework…though everyone feels that way, but rushing is a no-go.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Brembo RCS master really has the worst reservoir hose outlet direction.
Thinking of it as the first-gen RCS Corsa Corsa, it must have been a transitional period for many things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer finally leaves and it’s early evening before lunch.
I visualize where to mount the master bracket from\u2014something simple and logical\u2014
and I eliminate options mentally, usually narrowing down from about five patterns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time I went with a slightly new approach.
Fixing it with M6 well nuts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Turned SUS304 on the lathe, bent the rod with a bender, TIG welded it, and wet blasted it\u2014that’s all (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s easy to make and seemed to have surprisingly good handling.
It should be reliable against vibration too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pulling from the master clamp would be way too far, so I sourced it from the handguard instead.
This pretty much completes the clutch side now.

Topic:<\/strong> Installing a Brembo 16RCS Radial Clutch Master Cylinder<\/strong> to complement the front brake upgrade. Details:<\/strong> Happy Saturday night from the Decoboco tech bay! Following our recent Brembo RCS brake master installation, we completed the cockpit setup by replacing the OEM clutch master with a Brembo 16RCS radial pump<\/strong>. Beyond achieving stunning symmetry across the handlebars, the 16RCS radial geometry dramatically lightens clutch pull on this 1200cc parallel-twin and provides exceptionally linear friction-zone feedback. Our key technical focus was wiring the dual micro-switch to preserve factory cruise control cancellation while routing lines around the bulky OEM handguards without binding. Verdict:<\/strong> Featherlight clutch modulation and razor-sharp disengagement transform stop-and-go riding and technical touring into pure, fatigue-free pleasure.
