I’ll disassemble the fork and get it organized~
I actually do the disassembly steps in reverse.

I remove the cylinder bolts and take off the bottom first.

The cylinder bolts come off easier and the oil doesn’t drip everywhere,
making for cleaner work (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I cleaned it up nicely.
The clear coat on the bottom was weak, so the deterioration was progressing quickly.

If the bottom paint is really tough, we can’t strip it at our shop,

The oil seal press-in area is surprisingly corroded and rough.
Finishing it cleanly makes oil seal installation smooth.

The inner tube gets shiny where it rubs,
so finishing it properly makes for a fork that resists leaks.
*Reducing dimensions this much is difficult (but it’s fine) <\/p>\n\n\n\n
