The oil pan gasket discontinued issue left me going “Sigh… (*\u00b4\u0414\uff40)”<\/strong>, but
with the power of the Internet! (broadband), I managed to work around it somehow.
“Repro” parts are really amazing… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I removed the oil pan (so-called).
It has a water pump drive method I’ve never seen before. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It converts the force 90 degrees and rotates it.

The gasket arrived, so I temporarily installed it to check.
No problems at all! Perfect (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of that, there are only about 3 threads that engage all the way around. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oil drainage will be slightly slower (small amount), but I prioritized safety. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bolt needs to go in smoothly by hand, or there’s a problem.

Don’t you worry about the extra thread?
The number of times you turn the bolt increases with each attachment and detachment, and it gets slightly heavier too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
