There’s a quick way to remove this dirt.
Caution!“Don’t spray it directly!”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Use engine conditioner or carb cleaner
lightly on a clothand “wipe while rubbing”<\/strong>
It’s pretty tedious but that’s all there is to it….<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, cleaning it doesn’t improve performance
“It’s the thought that counts?” “Illness is all in the mind?”<\/strong>I work with that kind of spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The auto cam chain tensioner is also adjustable.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Believe it or not… it’s not just putting in the spring and calling it done.
The cam chain play is easy to understand by “rotating the crank forward and backward<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, the cam chain also“isn’t in the same state all around”<\/strong>so basically don’t tension it too much<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even with the auto cam chain tensioner, you can tension it in “one notch increments<\/strong>” if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the cover and spring off, put in a bolt or something and use it as a “lever<\/strong>” to pry it up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don’t understand, it’s safer not to touch it.
Over-tensioning the cam chain won’t do any good, and adjustment problems are unlikely anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So that’s how we got the valve timing and finished assembly.

The GS1200SS coil is discontinued, huh… that’s the worst<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It had a slightly lower resistance value? which was nice.
I was checking pitch and primary\/secondary resistance values for other work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16\u03c6 won’t cut cleanly
that’s my impression. So I ordered 17.5\u03c6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should cut… I really hope it works out….<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The full-spec master cylinder [VRC Series] has
“fine adjustments for lever position and ratio”<\/strong>.
It allows for more delicate adjustments so you can fine-tune to your preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Just be careful because Active’s website is very hard to navigate and you might select the wrong one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
