To put it simply,
if you request a vehicle inspection within one month from now, it will be “expensive.” <\/strong>That’s what it means.
We charge 55,000 yen. It’s really wasteful.
And depending on our shop’s situation, we may have to decline. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can we handle just the inspection with “urgent inspection” service? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When we have many vehicles in storage and limited space, we have to decline. It’s very difficult…
Both the workflow and shop space are… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For vehicle inspections,
“the expiration date is known two years in advance,” <\/strong>

so at our shop, you can make a reservation in advance, and if something comes up, you can just “change or cancel” <\/strong>it.

Using “Google Calendar management” <\/strong>or “schedule apps” <\/strong>
like P-TOUCH to “label and manage” <\/strong>is also
very helpful.
*I use P-TOUCH on both my motorcycle and car.

First, let’s “manage thoroughly.” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Urgent requests destroy all our scheduling <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We organize our shop’s schedule and plan our workflow.


“We constantly receive reservations from dozens of people several months in advance” <\/strong>and plan accordingly.

When “urgent requests are squeezed in” <\/strong>to
that long queue, my entire schedule
“gets pushed back.” <\/strong>… It keeps getting pushed further and further back. <\/strong>…
Of course, we can’t meet everyone’s deadlines, and we can’t start heavy work…

This goes on year after year and never ends.
Nobody wins in this situation.

What causes the “trouble relay”? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

“If you’re in trouble, I’m in trouble.” <\/strong>

Someone has to spend time and effort to “remove that trouble.” <\/strong>
The best approach is to request from someone (a shop) who says “I want to remove it!” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since vehicle inspections have expiration dates, it’s really troubling if something goes wrong…
But when we accept requests with that mindset,
often “nothing changes two years later.” <\/strong>…

I’ve realized this.
Kindness? Leniency? strangles both “myself and the people waiting in line for work.” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
