A nipple angle I’ve never seen before.
Since there was no individual part specification for this, I didn’t remove it. (Risk avoidance)
I wish it had been 90 degrees this time… (couldn’t reuse it, so I modified the bracket)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brake light switch comes as a bonus set, which is nice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The old semi-radial was 1.25, this time it’s Brembo 1.00. *Cannot be reused<\/p>\n\n\n\n

GR71 Trademark: Big Oil Filter<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Any shop that stocks something like this is… pretty hardcore.

We don’t want to stock it, so we’ll just replace the union normally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even though the O-ring seating surface size is the same… it’s more than a size larger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There’s no point in continuing to use this original.
Just replacing the union once brings only good things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roughly speaking, it’s about 12MM larger in outer diameter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove the OEM microcapsule and replace it with liquid thread locker before assembly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This microcapsule always leaves some residue, so this is just a precaution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And now the oil filter is easy to attach and detach with a “pop” (*\u00b4\u0437`)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since I went with 17 inches, I wanted it a bit longer… so I went with 16T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Something felt off with the cover assembly.
It goes on, but when I checked, it was hitting and the rear won’t spin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s a bit close… something to watch out for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the end, I removed the sprocket cover and started grinding it down roughly.
There’s not much material, so I need to be careful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The problem is resolved, but to be safe, let me check with an endoscope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It seems to be clearing just fine…
