This fender is quite well-made…
“There’s a 4.5-5mm gap on both sides”<\/strong> and that’s the problem.

In other words, “if you install it as-is, it will definitely crack”<\/strong> that’s what I mean.
I’m amazed something like this even works…
Nobody complains about the price, I guess. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, since this fender is well-made, the mounting surface is “pigeon-toed”<\/strong> angled inward.
In other words, “the bolts won’t go in straight”<\/strong> that’s the issue.

Everything has to be loosely fixed, the bolts need to be slightly longer, and you have to tighten them gradually and carefully. “It will crack eventually.”<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made four spacers and fixed them in place.
The spacers are specifically for “filling gaps and securing,” so I didn’t worry about the design.
