I wonder why they need to make it so complicated…

I hate this ribbed swingarm. It’s such a pain to clean…
I wish they’d at least put a cover on it.

What a motorcycle shop needs is equipment that cuts down on labor as much as possible.
When you save time, you can focus on other things, so if you want to keep doing this work long-term, investing in equipment is essential. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The axle shaft is still fine.
Most axles in the hundred-cc range tend to have runout. Do they develop it over time? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The chain puller bolt is long!
When parts like this come off and spin smoothly, it makes the next maintenance job easier. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The front wheel has a slight wobble, but it’s within acceptable limits.

The front caliper pistons are working well, but they’re all showing rust.
I guess it’s a case of using them until they’re at their limit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rear caliper is in good condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I degreased and cleaned the brake discs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The brake disc thickness is getting close to the limit. I think it was originally 5 mm, but…
I can’t find the marking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I ventilated the fork and cleaned the inner tubes.
The inner tubes were in great condition with no rust.
