Usually this is enough to settle it, so mentally it’s still okay, but…
If you take it lightly, it can escalate to a red ticket. *If it were a driver’s license, it would be a painful one-strike suspension. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before enforcement, establishing absolute rules is important? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Even though bicycles are called vehicles, there’s no license requirement like for cars.
People learn to ride on their own from childhood, receive no instruction, and if nothing happens, some people go through life completely unscathed\u2014almost? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think a license and liability insurance should be required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rules are important. And manners are even more important.
If you follow the rules, do you not need manners? That’s not how the world works.
If you lived alone, it would be fine, but basically we live in groups.
