I’ve gotten used to removing the DUCATI ST3 bodywork… it’s fast now.
Though even with practice, I only have this one bike… ( \uff1b\u2200\uff1b)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Basically, there are two types of D-UNIT.

D-UNIT ON 12V Accessory 4 circuits<\/a>
D-UNIT+ ON 12V Accessory 3 circuits + constant +\/-<\/a>
That’s the difference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re unsure and planning to install a dashcam, go with the D-UNIT+.
If you don’t need a dashcam, the regular one is fine.

The USB port is standard Type-A, which is a bit rare these days. There’s a specific reason\u2014it’s needed for Qi conversion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finding a mounting location isn’t as difficult as it seems.

Once I start worrying, I can’t stop…
Will maintenance be difficult? Are there too many custom parts? Will there be additional work needed after completion? When I start thinking about these things, time just disappears.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the end, I write out the pros and cons and use elimination.
This is how it turned out. Titanium (Type 2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
