Don&#8217;t you feel that way too?<br><br>Instead of being a general motorcycle shop, wouldn&#8217;t it be interesting to run a shop specialized in something specific?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A business proposal born from my wild imagination and speculation\u2014maximum impact in a small space?<br>I&#8217;m not sure if it would work or not, but<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Oil change specialty shop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A specialty shop with a rich lineup of various brands.<br>I think there are quite a few people struggling with oil changes, so there seems to be a subtle but real demand for it.<br>For irregular bikes (those with lots of removable parts), we&#8217;d either require advance notice or decline service.<br>It would be even more interesting if we also handled retail and online sales of oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Battery specialty shop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It would be better to focus on specific manufacturers. I think most people need batteries in urgent situations.<br>Whether we replace it for them or they buy and take it home is fine.<br>I have a feeling this would be really helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tire specialty shop (small displacement)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While the transaction value might be modest, the volume and profit margins seem substantial.<br>It feels like it would be incredibly helpful for business and daily use.<br>There&#8217;s something really nice about being able to change tires whenever you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think there&#8217;s actually subtle demand for unique business types that feel very Tokyo-like.<br>What do you think??<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By the way, our shop does not handle any phone inquiries.
