You can still get it from certain places, so we’re safe for now… but how long will that stock last?
I don’t trust mysterious overseas reproductions, so I’d prefer to avoid them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oil-cooled 750\/1100 models occasionally experience delamination. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I’ve never seen it on oil-cooled 1200 models, but I’ve seen friction plate delamination on several GSX-R750\/1100s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When delamination happens, the clutch won’t disengage properly… it just drags. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

It keeps moving forward.
Of course, it won’t even go into neutral at a red light\u2014it’s a tough situation.
I think you should stock up on parts for the 1100 models more than the 1200.
Or better yet, definitely consider replacing it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best choice for a clutch is FCC\u2014a proven brand. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I think it’s an absolutely reliable product.
If you’re going to stock a clutch, always choose FCC. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
