Temperature difference and hydraulic power are amazing…
I often feel the weakness of manpower… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using a dedicated attachment to heat and press it off pop… there’s no technique or trick to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you can seeeverything is made loosely<\/strong>.
If it weren’tthe upper and lower bed movement wouldn’t work<\/strong>. It does come out pretty decent though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actually, if you press-fit with hydraulicsit goes in even if it’s pretty crooked<\/strong>.
Huh? That’s bad?<\/strong>The moment you think thatit screeches and scratches<\/strong>so you can’t proceed loosely, right?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The puncher can be pressed in with face-to-face alignment, so GOOD\u266c<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Press-fitting is extremely easy.<\/strong>
Positioning comes out so easilyquick-quick\u266c<\/strong>that’s how it is.

Even in tight spots likethe swingarm shown in the image<\/strong>you can press-fit with ease.
With a hydraulic press it would be quitetricky positioning that you couldn’t show customers<\/strong>, you know?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You have to make various attachments on the lathe<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

That’s the tedious part.
Press-fitting work is alreadyall about the attachments<\/strong>and you have to make new ones as needed, but you have to add this on top of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Convenient, right? Even as I write thisit’s a bit niche, so for people who can take on the challenge<\/strong>I think it’s good.
