It was locked up like a Kawasaki Works bike! And with a crushed locknut at that. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Well, there’s nothing we can do about that.
If you mess with it, everything falls apart. The engineering of that era is surprising in its own way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have an old GSX1100 manual too, so I read through the ignition timing specs.
The manual is one option.
I don’t think it’s absolute, but it’s worth trying once. It was running pretty retarded, so I adjusted it. The centrifugal governor is working fine too.

I miss this kind of design. Everything’s digital these days.
