After a few months of sitting on the back burner, and with the daily curveballs finally settling down,
we’re moving forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’re starting with the fabrication work I’m not so comfortable with (‘\u03c9’)\u30ce<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The single-seat cowl removal is… terrible.
It’s so stuck that you practically have to force it off.

So…
I cut away the unused brackets that were holding this tandem seat area in place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The rear will come off, so I’ll clean it up a bit more and paint it later. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was so curious about what this boss was for…
I spent an hour…
only to find out it was just for fixing the rider seat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s quite a sharp design, but it’s being retired ( \uff1b\u2200\uff1b)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I made it box-shaped so the license plate, tail light, and everything else can be mounted securely and solidly.

I made this area longer because we’re planning to expand it.

If it’s not needed, we can just cut it and radius it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is how I made it box-shaped. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s 100% unbreakable and built solid, so it’s heavy…
