It’s a hassle to search for stock, so you just order it anyway\u2014that’s relatable, right?

Oh… there was a box of it… and then you forget about that stock the very next day.

By the way, the total value of inventory and stock is quite an asset. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n


The cost of motorcycle parts and chemicals is no joke.
I think you should really think it through carefully. If you calculate the total at list price, you’ll easily hit tens of thousands of dollars.
And that asset sits unused\u2014it never gets its turn until the moment of crisis. That’s the sad reality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Start organizing dead stock little by little. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

No shop is without dead stock.
But you do find a lot of small items like O-rings, oil seals, and dowel pins, don’t you?

I recommend starting simple by sorting by manufacturer first.

That way you’ll be able to identify which manufacturers your shop uses most.
Then sort by part number, name, and photo from that manufacturer.

By doing this, the parts that are used frequently and convert to cash will start moving out, and I think you’ll feel a sense of accomplishment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you don’t do it, you won’t do it until you die. In the end it becomes garbage. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n


There are only 24 hours in a day, and the amount you can do is limited.
If you’re after quantity over quality, <\/strong>I can’t recommend it, but I think most people aren’t like that.
Parts that are born and used fulfill their purpose, <\/strong>maybe.
Also, there might be parts that are now discontinued and have skyrocketed in value. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
