First I’ll lift the front and measure the hose length with the fork fully extended. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s the beauty of stainless steel… it can be reused.
I’ll polish it with wet blasting, replace only the olives, and reuse it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I basically don’t like connecting two (dual) hoses from the master to the caliper.
I want to use a T-FIT (with banjo) layout. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ll fabricate a bracket to secure the TEE-FIT.
You can’t just use cable ties…

People often ask why I weld\u2014isn’t it a hassle?
Well, I hate nuts. I don’t have a flow drill (or maybe I just don’t know about them…) <\/a>

All I’ve got are weld nuts, and the back side is thin anyway… right? ( *\u00b4\u8278`)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the master side, offsetting by 10mm gives a clean layout, so I’ll build it up with a stainless steel spacer.
When using double banjos, choosing an aluminum gasket should make it less prone to leaks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
