To pull the rod out, you have to remove this pin or the four-barrel won’t come apart…

I want to complain that there must have been a better way to do this mounting (; \uff65`\u0434\uff65\u00b4) <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be careful in this area….

There are two places with a spring and steel ball that create the click feel\u2014that crisp sensation\u2014when you pull the choke. Make sure you don’t lose them. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The shaft seal uses something like felt, but there’s no replacement for that either.
Is it basically saying you’re going to overhaul it anyway? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That’s it\u2014I’ve got the four-barrel disassembled for now. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s been a while since I’ve seen a carburetor in this bad condition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unless you have a strong attachment to it, I wouldn’t recommend overhauling this type.
Don’t think that just ordering parts from the parts list, cleaning the carburetor, and reassembling it will give you performance. You might be very wrong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The corrosion was surprisingly deep, and removing it is a race against time…

Still, it’s come back to life more than well enough ( *\u00b4\u8278\uff40) <\/p>\n\n\n\n
