I made a mistake with the update time\u2014mixed up PM and AM (*’\u03c9’*)
I need to find a gap in the market…
Rakuma, which I’ve been avoiding without trying…in an era when Mercari reigns supreme. Who even uses this?

I have a flea market alert app installed…
and occasionally\u2014rarely\u2014something that makes you go “Wow~Really~?” pops up.

You can buy it in one shot…<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

If you have a Rakuten account, it’s faster.
But when you actually try to make a purchase…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Purchases and Purchase Requests Are Restricted”? What?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Why? How come? I couldn’t find a clear answer even after searching.
I figured I probably need to verify my identity…so I checked my account page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the My Page menu, I updated my settings and personal information.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You need to attach an ID document as a file and send it.
In my case, I attached my driver’s license and sent it. It was approved the next day (I sent it at night and it was approved the next evening), and I was able to make a purchase without any issues (^_-)-\u2606<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yahoo Auctions and Rakuma alike are nowhere near Mercari…but maybe that’s the opportunity<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you’re stuck, give it a try.
Honestly, with this “Purchases and Purchase Requests Are Restricted” message, you’d just stop using it…
