Gradually, gradually, gradually… various impacts are starting to show up.

It looks like the domestic mood is going to take a hit too ( \uff9f\u0414\uff9f)
It’s still manageable if people are just saying “I’m worried about price hikes.”

But what if we reach a point where you can’t buy something no matter how much money you throw at it… <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The COVID mask shortage we’ve already forgotten about. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone had a hard time with that, right?
I kind of got ahead of it\u2014as soon as the news broke, I thought about what I’d need and bought it right away.
It arrived the next day from Yodobashi at the regular price. By the following week or two weeks later, you couldn’t find it anywhere. Rotating stock is so important. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This time I have a feeling imported goods are going to be especially tough.
Things we need regularly, olive oil<\/a> and balsamic vinegar<\/a>\u2014when I asked at the import food shop, they said shipping costs are going to make things difficult.

Pasta’s going up too… canned tomatoes too… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope we don’t end up looking back fondly on the days when I was just worrying about bike parts…
