Since the pandemic, I’ve noticed so many things and realized a lot…

I’ve come to think that maybe it was actually a good thing.
Why would I carry so much work all year round? That’s what I’ve been thinking lately. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How about you all? <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

I suddenly remembered… back in the day I used to go fishing or take touring rides. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

I started wondering when the workload got so heavy.
When I really dig into it, I realize I’ve been accepting jobs I shouldn’t be doing without saying no.

During job consultations, I can kind of sense it…
“This one’s going to be a problem,” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I think it’s going to be a problem, it’s better for both of us not to take it. I think we should refer it to the right place. There’s a chance neither of us will get a good result. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Watch out for jobs that never come back a second time ( \uff9f\u0414\uff9f) <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For a one-time job, I might make special jigs or buy tools, and it would be nice if there were a second time, but honestly that’s rare.
Sometimes it just becomes a story to tell…

A while back, I felt a bit embarrassed saying “I can’t do that job.” Basically, I think there’s almost nothing I can’t do if I really try.
But time is limited.
I can’t spend days or months on a single job.

As a result,
the delivery time gets longer and things don’t go well for either of us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

That seems to be the most important thing lately.

When someone asks me to rush because they need it urgently, I end up working in a frenzy, or I work on jobs as they get cleared and the order gets all mixed up. The problem isn’t work speed\u2014it’s the volume of orders.

If I don’t properly adjust the volume, this situation will just keep going on forever.

First, I want to carefully review the total volume and build a solid framework.
