The Bandit 1200 K6 is a recent bike, I thought

That makes sense, since it has a carburetor. Is there already a generation that doesn’t know carburetors?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ve had the parts ready since last year, so we’ll move right along.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

It’s partly because I’m used to it, but I get the feeling Suzuki has good serviceability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When doing swing arm area OH, it’s recommended to replace bolts and nuts at the same time.
You want both performance and looks to be good, right? (^_-)-\u2606<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chain sliders tend to go out of production at a pretty high rate, so please get one early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It’s been a while since the pivot bearings have been this solid.

In cases like that, we handle it with Suzuki OEM parts (discontinued).
This puller is excellent, but you can’t get it anymore\u2026

Shop owners really need to collect special tools, you know?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This thing is amazing. At this price, you get 11 types from 8 to 35 mm.
It even includes the 22 mm that everyone hates, so that alone is worth it (*^-^*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has an expansion feature and is compatible with a sliding hammer as well.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Am I the only one who hasn’t found the usefulness of a sliding hammer tool throughout the year?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The collection of installation and removal spacers keeps growing, and I need to organize it soon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We make them as needed and store them carefully (*^-^*)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I think a lot of people dislike bearing replacement around the swing arm and link area.
First, it’s about tools.
Without them, it’s a super risky job. If you have the right tools and a proper setup to reliably remove bearings and carefully install them, there’s nothing to fear.

I recommend not doing press-fit work casually as a DIY project.
*Especially with aluminum frames\u2014that’s really risky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When pressing in, I use a modified hydraulic punch.

I hate turning a wrench back and forth. It’s smooth and reliable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The more you do the same job,
the more you think “this way would be faster and more reliable.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rather than using yesterday’s thinking and methods, I want to always be looking ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
