It’s been a while since I couldn’t get the piston out\u2014quite the experience.

When you split the caliper, dust often accumulates in areas that can’t be washed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The piston is all rusty\u2014ouch!

Stubborn grime that won’t come off even with hot water and detergent… in cases like this…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I spray engine conditioner on it (Wako’s)<\/a>

Better to avoid using it on painted bodywork. *Use at your own risk…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
