I cut M6 to M10 screws with a press, but…

small screws are a pain. A contour tool won’t work, and neither will a grinder.
If it’s just one or two, that’s fine, but sometimes ten show up at once depending on the timing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In those cases, the Knipex 9721-215B is, so far, the best.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Basically, it’s common knowledge that most tools aren’t designed to cut stainless steel like SUS304.

Most of them have thin plate stock, and if you try to cut an M5 in SUS304, the pliers will open up and the tool is ruined in one go.
I’ve bought so many cheap ones…

But the Knipex 9721-215B has a plate thickness of 4 mm and the iron material is solid too. It cuts really well.
Cutting M5 stainless is tough, so I use some sketchy techniques, but it doesn’t flinch.
I can’t speak to its performance as an electrician’s plier,but the IWISS electrical plier is the best so far.<\/a>
