A common story for restaurants.
Packed crowds before closing, but empty before the announcement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seeing that makes me go “hmm?” It’s both gratifying and makes me wonder\u2014shouldn’t we be going regularly?
People are complicated, aren’t we? <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Since this coronavirus started, I haven’t eaten out at all.
I’ve completely cut it off, you could say. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Everyone’s different, so each person decides for themselves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But when you suddenly notice “Oh! That shop has a ‘Space Available’ sign,” it does feel a bit sentimental.
It’s kind of like when someone passes away. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Oh, I can’t go there anymore…”
But with this coronavirus, there are pros and cons, and I think some people made bold decisions.
Some saw it as a chance to quit because of age, others because of the numbers, and some who couldn’t quit before because of social pressure.
People who thought “this is dangerous” and felt a push in the back, and now feel refreshed? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking around my area, it seems fewer shops have closed than I expected.
What I realized this time is that “people are more resilient than I imagined.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n
