It might be important to think about that clearly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comparison standard number one: Normal <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This isn&#8217;t really a comparison, so please don&#8217;t use it much. <br>I&#8217;m the same way, but since most things are hard to quantify, I think that&#8217;s why we end up communicating in vague terms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the shop says, &#8220;Isn&#8217;t the throttle or controls feeling heavy?&#8221; <br>the customer will think, &#8220;Oh, maybe they are.&#8221; <br><br>If we compare it to the previous good condition and clearly articulate whether the controls feel heavy or light, I think we can reduce those subtle misunderstandings between us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the end, what are we both trying to communicate? <br>Often, the condition or symptoms in each of our heads just don&#8217;t sync up. <br>Especially with new customers, those kinds of exchanges are extremely difficult, and it&#8217;s not straightforward to gauge what level of quality they&#8217;re looking for. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we can communicate information as concisely and clearly as possible, things move faster. <br>When you say that but I still don&#8217;t understand, <br>that&#8217;s when I ask: how is it right now? Would it be a bit better? <br>Or: this part bothers me. That&#8217;s enough. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is it a failure or just wear?
