\u2192 If a police officer judges it hard to see, that’s a violation.
\u25cb Rotation \u2192 Automatic violation


In short, rotation is not allowed; the angle must be one that a police officer can confirm is easy to read.
If the angle looks suspicious, you should adjust it.
The maximum is \u00a5500,000, so I don’t think it will go that far, but wouldn’t even \u00a550,000\u2014one-tenth of that\u2014be a painful expense?

Whether a license plate angle looks cool or uncool is a tricky matter of aesthetics, isn’t it?
