On our tester, it jumped all the way up to 38,000 candelas.
LED headlights maintain stable brightness regardless of harness-side losses, which is incredibly helpful. *Though they can’t handle massive losses. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before inspection troubles hit, go with an LED headlight bulb! Your peace of mind goes way up! <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plus, motorcycle shops benefit too.
Modern LED bulbs put out solid brightness, so even older headlight testers still work fine!
I can’t tell you the exact brightness numbers, but you can easily confirm whether it passes or fails.

Glad we didn’t have to replace the old headlight tester!
