Thanks to recent equipment investments, the quality of our work has been improving and is becoming less embarrassing.
It’s about daily improvement.

Year after year, we’re seeing more discontinued OEM parts, and the number of things we need to figure out is on an upward trend. We’re basically using the internet to come up with workarounds each time (‘\u03c9’)\u30ce <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Oil seals, bearings, metal, O-rings, and so on.
Of course, these are specified as OEM motorcycle parts.

However, they’re not made by the motorcycle manufacturers themselves.
Some are standard parts, and some are non-standard.
First, it’s important to know which manufacturers make those oil seals, bearings, metal, O-rings, and so on.
Basically, they’re managed by part number. Once you know the part number, it should be easy to look them up in this internet-connected world. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to domestic suspension makers, it’s either Showa or Kayaba.
If the manufacturer is the same for oil seals and metal, the versatility is extremely high.
In the old days, there were no aftermarket oil seals like SKF, so we’d randomly order them and measure them with calipers.
Oil seals come in both double-spring and single-spring versions, and we adapt them for use.


If we’re more flexible in our thinking, maybe we could use parts from Honda cars? Or for Yamaha and Kawasaki, we might find something if we look into their marine products.
There’s also a good chance that overseas makers produce and sell reproduction parts in small batches.
There’s also the idea that we should stock up on certain things!
To support long-term riding, both of us may need to make continuous efforts without hesitation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
