Today’s Custom:<\/strong> Swapping the stock injector for a Suzuki OEM “12-hole injector (Part No.: 15710-21H10)”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Custom Goal:<\/strong> To eliminate the jerky throttle response and thin torque at low RPMs that are characteristic of early injection models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Result:<\/strong> The fuel “atomization” becomes extremely fine, improving combustion efficiency and creating a rich, sticky “meaty” torque feel from the moment you crack the throttle!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The hole diameter is larger and the length is shorter.

At first glance “Using just this will make things worse~”<\/span><\/strong> was the impression I got (*\u00b4\u03c9\uff40*)
The absolute intake volume increases, but the flow velocity doesn’t increase at all in the wrong direction.
We installed it anyway and fired up the engine with just this…

It doesn’t respond at all, even with full throttle blips…

Since the mounting dimensions are the same, it’s interesting that the injection system fits too.

We went with Kawasaki since it’s a hassle. We didn’t compare prices with Suzuki~<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Phillips screws holding the injector were seized, which was dangerous ( ;\u2200;)
The black joint holding it in place is being reused, so rough work was a no-go. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Honestly, I was already thinking “hmm…”<\/strong> at the pig-nose stage.
Would this injector really make that much difference…

Wait, that’s actually pretty good… After a light test ride
there’s no dramatic change, but you can definitely feel the meaty torque increase. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I need to buy an off-road bike soon too… (\u00b4\u30fc\uff40)
